UI/UX Lead

DeKnows is looking for a UI/UX Lead to own and elevate the design experience across our digital products, with a strong focus on data-heavy dashboards, internal tools, and SaaS platforms.

• Lead UI/UX strategy for dashboards, web apps, and internal tools

• Design complex dashboards (analytics, admin panels, SaaS interfaces) in Figma

• Leverage AI-powered design tools to speed up ideation, wireframing, and visual exploration

• Strong experience with Figma (auto-layout, components, variants, design systems)

• Proven experience designing dashboards and data-driven interfaces

• Solid understanding of UX principles, accessibility, and usability

• Experience working closely with developers in agile environments

• Ability to balance aesthetics with functionality and performance

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

You will lead design direction, define UX standards, and work closely with product managers and engineers to turn complex workflows into simple, intuitive user experiences.
